Jin Song’s main area of practice is civil litigation. He has represented clients in the Singapore Courts and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre on a range of matters such as international investment agreements in the automobile industry, employment and shareholder disputes, as well as landlord-tenant and defamation suits. He has also advised and acted for members of recreation clubs in internal disciplinary procedures, and subsidiary proprietors and management committees on issues pertaining to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

In addition, he is experienced in handling matrimonial and criminal law.

Jin Song has been involved in matters heard both in the Family Justice Court and the High Court (Family Division) on relocation, custody, care and control and the division of assets. Jin Song has represented accused persons facing various charges including regulatory and immigration offences, as well as capital punishment.
